A photo shoot of Heidi in Amish country

We went to Holmes County to get my Valentines gift (shelf for living room), and as you know I had to take pictures even if it was a gray, dreary, muddy, day. Hope was feeling really bad so I only got a couple of her, Heidi was the only other one to go along ( besides Ken) so I had her pose for me, we had a great time, here are a few from our day together.

Heidi is our model. She has such a beautiful smile with her beautiful blonde hair. My Grandmother’s hair was still blonde when she died at age 84.
I loved the horse pictures too. I think they are beautiful but I’m scared of them. Thanks Lois.

These are awesome… Heidi is a real model… were those quilts hanging on the outside wall of that building?

What cute pics! I have been wanting to go there so bad.
Pour Hope…you can tell she wasn’t feeling good!

This is so fascinating! I recognized so many of the places you shot at. My husband was born and raised in Holmes County and we lived there for a year after we were married. We go back quite a few times a year to see his family! Lovely shots as usual!
Btw – did you find a shelf? You should post pics of it! (:
